After 35 years in the retail trade in mid management roles, i decided i had one good job left in me, so i gave Chilled a call and spoke to Alan and decided that this was my next move as I can put my training skills and knowledge to good use, having many years driving experience all around the country and Europe driving hundreds of hours a week, I thought it might come in handy.

I’ve always enjoyed training and meeting new people, I have worked with people from all different cultures & backgrounds, made a few friends along the way.

I have experience with neurodiverse pupils, having children of my own that are neurodiverse has taught me how to be patient and listen to each pupil and understand by adapting to their training needs.

I have a friendly, patient approach to help pupils feel at ease whilst learning to drive, getting to know each individual and helping them pass their test, it’s such a lovely feeling seeing the smiles at the end of each lesson.

The thought that I am teaching a life skill to my pupils and not just how to drive, giving them many years of safe driving ahead.

I currently work from Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth -Norwich and surrounding areas, I teach automatic and manual lessons & weekly and intensive courses
